This course will give students an overview of the biblical foundation of leadership, the fundamental components of leadership development, and assistance in implementing the framework in their ministerial context.
The purpose of the leadership pipeline is to assist individuals in reaching their potential and developing into the leader God has called them to become. As leaders advance through this framework, they obtain the skills and competencies needed for their leadership roles.
Explain the scriptural basis for leadership, the biblical mandate for developing leaders, and the concept of all-as-leaders.
Examine the fundamental components of a leadership pipeline framework.
Identify the core competencies you want to develop in your leaders and design the pipeline architecture that fits your church/ministry.
There will be two live sessions during the course. Many Students say that this is the best part of the course because it allows for live interaction between the students and the instructor.
Kasey Sees is the Vice President of Student Affairs and an Associate Professor of Ministry and Leadership at Wilson University.
In addition to his academic studies in the Doctor of Ministry program at Corban University and a PhD in Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University, Kasey's experience as a pastor and CEO of a training and consulting firm brings a unique mix to this class on leadership development.
